Granpa sugo. This minisupplì is our rielaboration of a typical pasta prepared in Rome at the time of my granfather. He was using simple and genuine ingredients, the same we use for this risotto: biological Italian tomatoes pure’, fresh basilicum, extravirgin olive oil, red Italian garlic and original red cow Parmisan. Enjoy this tasty bite from the family tradition.
