RISOTTO IN A BITE / / Minisupplì are our pride and joy. They are hand made of slow cooked risotto according to the gourmet Italian tradition. They are carefully prepared only using the very finest biological ingredients naturally gluten free and lactose free (<0.1 lactose/100gr), preferably Demeter certified, most of which are Italian or local. You can enjoy minisupplì as an aperitif or appetiser luxury bite, or you can eat them as the main course.
