For orders to the Leiden, Warmond and Oegstgeest areas*, we are happy to provide a free delivery service to your location.
*For addresses within the following zip code ranges: 2311-2319, 2361-2362, and 2340-2343.
At no extra charge, clients located outside of our free delivery areas can still receive their products at their preferred pick-up point from the following options:
WASSENAAR – One option is to pick up the products at Eko Plaza Wassenaar during store opening hours.
KATWIJK RIJNSBURG – If you prefer Rijnsburg, you can pick up at Indoorvolkstuin during opening hours.
AMSTERDAM ZUIDAS – only for Art of Physio clients: they can arrange with their contact for delivery to the studio.
All of our products contain no preservatives of any kind.
Most of them are freshly prepared on a daily basis. You can order them at any time and choose the delivery date closest to the consumption. Please be advised that both our Pandoro and Colombina require a two-day production process.
Any order placed by 12 p.m. on Wednesday will be delivered to eligible areas or available for pick-up at the designated point on Fridays or Saturdays.

After placing your online order and selecting either free delivery or a pick-up point, the system will suggest a specific time for your order to be ready. If this time is not convenient for you, you have the flexibility to adjust it to better suit your schedule.
As your products are available at the pick-up point, you will also receive a notification.
A few of our products, such as Minisupplì and Fiorette, are immediately frozen after preparation and can preferably be consumed within 3 months from the date of production to best preserve their texture and taste.
